Usually it takes about 2.5 hours on the full course.
Nice location in Roppongi. Very french looking decor. Good food at reasonable price. Extensive wine list. Some interesting old bottles, esp burg. Wines reasonably priced as well.
Had the chef recommended lunch menu.. Cest Le magnifique.. The Hokkaido venison on peppercorn sauce and sea bream on cauliflower foam soup was excellent
Hidden gem
Unique french experience. Fish was another level. Especially the wine recommendation was more than perfect.
7 minutes walk from Roppongi station. There are 20 small seats in the store. Everything from Amaze to Dessert is delicious. The Burgundy atmosphere is present both in the restaurant and in the food. I think it is a good shop. Reservations are required.
A perfect marriage of wine and cooking.
Classic French, close to Roppongi Hills. You can enjoy a stable dish based on classical sauce.I am glad that not only courses but also à la carte are prepared. There are several types of both game and offal dishes, and if you are a game, you can incorporate Bekas into the course. (Of course there is an additional charge)
Ok, not stand out special. There are much better French restaurants in Tokyo.
Good for but waiter doesn't like customers that takes bread often
Excellent services - our friends have a very strict kosher diet and the staff kindly explained in excruciating details the ingredients of each dish. Food was outstanding and I had the best foie gras ever in my life. I chose the set menu 7000 Yen which has two entrie, two main, full size desert and coffee/tea. Amazing value for the quality of dishes and presentation. Very nice touch that the chef came out and greeted us at the end of the night! Ps: excellent house champagne and wines
Great quality. Dishes are simple and unpretentious. Staff was professional and provided a great services.
Decent french with affordable prices. It feels cozy, relaxed and comfortable.
Le Bourguignon has got to be one of the most affordable French michelin star restaurant, at lunch time with the degustation, huge selection on dishes, but only one fish dish was offered, of all the dishes we all ordered, all had good to great taste, the waiters also tried their best to explain the dishes in English for us, very friendly staff, excellent service, wine selection was ok, one point I’ll like to mention is that due to the restaurant being small, the seating is a bit too close to each other for me, and the waiter would move in the gap in between the tables, but overall was a great dining experience, would definitely come back again, we even took a photo with the chef when he came out at the end of the lunch time session, hope they continue to improve and achieve their 2nd star!
Exquisite food with excellent service. I highly recommend it to anyone. All the staff were extremely friendly and I even asked to meet the chef so I can personally thank him and tell him how amazing the food was.
The lunch sets are pretty good value overall. However, the dishes were a bit hit and miss. One fish main was light and brought out the natural flavours, the other was overpowered by the sauce which lacked complexity. Same goes for the starters - one hit, one average (all I could taste was the overused lime). Service is good and presentation is nice. Would have lost a star if I was judging this by dinner pricing.
